About the position
What this role involves
We are looking for a passionate, professional bartender for MAX International Club in Râșnov. You will work in a dynamic club and events environment with a demanding clientele, in a prestigious tourist resort. The role is ideal for someone with bar/club/HoReCa experience who loves the evening atmosphere and wants to grow within a professional team.
Responsibilities
What you will do in this role
Making cocktails, shots and mixed drinks according to the club's recipes
Serving guests at the bar and in the club area with professionalism and energy
Keeping the bar area clean and organised during service
Managing stock and orders for special events (parties, concerts)
Compliance with hygiene, safety and responsible alcohol service standards
Requirements
What matters most for this position
Previous bar/club experience (minimum 1 year recommended)
Solid knowledge of classic and modern cocktails (mixology)
Availability to work evening/night shifts (including weekends)
Energetic, guest-focused attitude, speed and neat appearance
Resilience under pressure in the club's dynamic atmosphere

Work schedule details
Evening/night shifts (including weekends and events)
Standard evening schedule: 18:00 - 02:00
Weekends + events: 20:00 - 04:00 (additionally compensated)
Days off during the week (rotating across the team)
Break + annual leave: 21 days/year
Salary information
Base salary: 4.325 – 6.000 lei gross/month, depending on experience.
Tips from the tipping system: approx. +1.000 – 2.500 lei/month.
Estimated total income: ~4.500 – 6.000 lei net/month in season.
Tips are an estimate, are distributed under Law 376/2022 and vary with the season, shift and volume.
