About the position
What this role involves
We are looking for a professional room attendant for MAX International Hotel in Râșnov. You will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards in the rooms and common areas, contributing directly to our guests' experience. The working environment is friendly, within a well-organised Housekeeping team.
Responsibilities
What you will do in this role
Cleaning and preparing rooms to MAX International standards
Changing linen and towels and restocking consumables
Maintaining common areas (corridors, reception, breakfast room)
Reporting faults or issues to the Maintenance Department
Compliance with the confidentiality protocol regarding guests
Requirements
What matters most for this position
Experience in hotels/guesthouses is an advantage (not required)
Attention to detail, rigour and professionalism
Availability to work 2 shifts (including weekends)
Physical stamina and the ability to work at a sustained pace
Discreet, polite attitude and neat appearance

Salary information
4.325 – 5.500 lei gross/month, depending on experience.
