What this role involves
We are looking for a professional massage therapist for MAX International Spa & Wellness in Râșnov. You will offer guests premium relaxation experiences in an elegant, quiet, high-quality setting. We work with tourist and local clientele who expect quality and professionalism. The role is ideal for a spa wellness professional with a diploma and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities
What you will do in this role
Performing massage treatments (relaxing, therapeutic, deep tissue, aromatherapy)
Advising clients on suitable massage types and spa treatments
Keeping the massage room clean and the equipment in perfect condition
Managing bookings through the spa system and liaising with reception
Promoting spa services and the cosmetic products on sale
Requirements
What matters most for this position
Diploma/certificate as a licensed massage therapist (valid professional certification)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa or recovery clinic
Knowledge of anatomy and various massage techniques
Empathetic, discreet, guest-focused communication
Availability for shift work (based on bookings)
