Responsibilities
What you will do in this role
Serving guests to MAX International standards
Presenting the menu and giving personalised food and wine recommendations
Taking orders and processing them in the POS system
Working with the kitchen and bar teams for prompt service
Keeping the service area clean and organised
Attention to detail and care for every guest's experience
Requirements
What matters most for this position
Previous HoReCa experience is an advantage (not required — we provide training)
Pleasant communication, a warm smile and a guest-focused attitude
Excellent Romanian; knowledge of English is a plus
Physical stamina (standing work) and the ability to work fast
Availability to work 2 shifts (including weekends)
Neat appearance and professional conduct

Shift 1: 11:00 - 19:00 (lunch + dinner prep)
Shift 2: 18:00 - 02:00 (dinner + end-of-shift cleaning)
Meal break included in the schedule
Annual leave: 21 days/year
Salary information
Base salary: 4.325 – 6.000 lei gross/month, depending on experience.
Tips from the tipping system: approx. +1.500 – 3.000 lei/month.
Estimated total income: ~4.500 – 6.500 lei net/month in season.
Tips are an estimate, are distributed under Law 376/2022 and vary with the season, shift and volume.
