About the position
What this role involves
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our team at MAX International Râșnov. You will be the first impression our guests have of the resort and will help create a memorable experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities
What you will do in this role
Welcoming and checking in guests with professionalism and warmth
Managing bookings in the system and liaising with the Sales Department
Responding to guest requests by phone, email and chat
Coordinating with Housekeeping and the Restaurant for a smooth guest flow
Processing payments and issuing fiscal documents
Handling special situations calmly and professionally
Requirements
What matters most for this position
Excellent communication in Romanian and English (conversational level minimum)
Basic PC skills and familiarity with booking software (an advantage)
Guest-focused attitude, friendliness and patience
Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Neat appearance and professional attitude
Previous HoReCa experience is a significant advantage

Work schedule details
Working hours: Shift work / 24/7 (hotel reception)
Shift 1: 07:00 - 15:00 (check-out + lunchtime check-in)
Shift 2: 15:00 - 23:00 (evening check-in + guest assistance)
Shift 3 (night): 23:00 - 07:00 (on rotation)
Meal break included + annual leave: 21 days/year
Salary information
4.325 – 6.500 lei gross/month, depending on experience.
