About the position
What this role involves
We are looking for a versatile maintenance & support technician for the MAX International Râșnov resort (hotel + restaurant + spa + fitness + events). You will handle preventive and corrective maintenance across a multi-vertical resort, providing fast operational support. The role is perfect for someone with general technical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
What you will do in this role
Preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
Rapid response to faults reported by staff or guests
Minor repairs to masonry, finishes, paintwork and furniture
Coordinating with external teams (electricians, plumbers) when needed
Managing technical consumables stock and regular reporting to management
Requirements
What matters most for this position
Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance or a similar technical field
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical work
Ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly
Availability for emergency callouts (occasional on-call)
Autonomy, responsibility, professional conduct

Salary information
4.500 – 7.500 lei gross/month, depending on experience and certifications.
