Max International Club & Games Rules
These regulations apply to access to and use of the Max International Club (“the Club”), including the bar areas, the dance floor, the lounge-seating tables, as well as the games areas (pool tables, darts, board games, PlayStation, film and sports match screenings). By entering the Club, making a booking or using the entertainment facilities, guests accept and undertake to comply with the provisions below, together with the Accommodation Policies, the Restaurant Regulations, the Terms and Conditions and the other policies of Max International.
I. General Provisions and Opening Hours
Profilul Clubului
Clubul Max International este un spațiu de divertisment care găzduiește seri tematice, petreceri, seri cu DJ, seri retro, latino, mix, proiecții de meciuri de fotbal și alte evenimente speciale, precum și activități de jocuri (biliard, darts, jocuri de societate, Playstation etc.).
Orar de funcționare
Programul Clubului poate varia în funcție de sezon, evenimente și gradul de ocupare al complexului. Orarul actualizat este afișat pe site, la intrarea în Club și, după caz, în profilurile Google Business sau alte platforme online.
Acces pentru oaspeții hotelului
Oaspeții cazați în hotel pot beneficia de acces preferențial sau gratuit în Club, în funcție de pachetul de cazare sau oferta activă, cu plata separată a consumului și, dacă este cazul, a taxelor orare pentru jocuri (biliard, tenis de masă, jocuri de societate etc.). Condițiile exacte sunt comunicate la recepție și pot fi afișate pe site.
II. Access, Minimum Age and Identity Checks
Minimum age – club nights and parties
- Access to club parties, DJ nights, events where alcohol is served and evening programmes is, as a rule, permitted only to persons who have reached the age of 18.
- Staff are entitled to request proof of identity (ID card, passport) in order to verify age.
Games activities (pool, darts, board games, PlayStation, etc.)
- For certain games activities, persons under 18 may also be admitted, subject to the applicable legal minimum age for each type of activity and to the rules on alcohol consumption.
- Minors may use these facilities only when accompanied and supervised by an adult, during the time slots and under the conditions set by the Club (for example, daytime / family-friendly hours).
Refusal of access
The Club reserves the right to refuse access to, or to ask to leave the premises, any person who:
- is heavily intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited substances;
- behaves aggressively, violently or offensively;
- fails to follow staff instructions or the legal rules on public order and quiet.
III. Table and Game Bookings (Slots and No-Show)
Bookings for tables and seating areas
- Bookings for tables, sofas or dedicated areas can be made by telephone, online or on site, subject to availability.
- For standard bookings, the table is held for a 15-minute window from the agreed time.
- Once those 15 minutes have elapsed, with no notice from the guest, the Club reserves the right to reallocate the table to other guests.
Bookings for games (pool, board games, PlayStation, etc.)
- Access to certain games is by booking, in 60-minute slots (or the duration stated at the time of booking).
- At the end of the slot, play ends or the booking may be extended, subject to availability, on payment of the corresponding additional charge.
- If the guest does not arrive within the 15-minute window after the booked time, the game may be released and made available to other guests.
Group bookings and birthday packages
- For groups, private parties, birthday packages or special events, the Club may require:
- a signed written booking/order;
- payment of a deposit, as set out in the offer.
- The cancellation and penalty conditions (including the no-show rule) are clearly stated in the offer or in the written confirmation and may be stricter than the standard rules.
IV. Food and Drink, Music, Volume and Conduct in the Club
Drinks and food
- Only drinks and food from the Max International bar and snack menu may be consumed in the Club.
- Bringing in and consuming alcoholic or soft drinks or food from outside is prohibited, except where approved in advance in writing (for example, a birthday cake or other special cases).
- A service charge may apply to items brought in from outside with the Club's consent.
Music and atmosphere
- The Club is a venue with music played at high volume, particularly on party nights. Guests are kindly asked to bear this in mind when choosing where to sit.
- The use of personal music sources (portable speakers, etc.) that interfere with the club music is not permitted.
Conduct and safety
- Aggressive or violent behaviour, harassment of other people, the use of prohibited substances and any other conduct that may endanger the safety of those present are not permitted.
- Security staff and Club staff are entitled to intervene, to stop service and, if necessary, to ask guests to leave the premises.
V. Games, Damage and Final Provisions

Use of equipment and games
- The pool tables, darts, board games, PlayStation and other entertainment equipment must be used with care and for their intended purpose.
- Deliberate damage to the equipment (striking the table, throwing cues, intentional scratches, etc.) or any misuse of it is prohibited. -
Material damage
- Any damage caused to the Club's property or to the gaming equipment through the fault of guests or of those accompanying them may be charged to the person responsible / the holder of the booking.
- The value of the damage may be established on the basis of an internal assessment, repair estimates or, where applicable, in cooperation with the complex's insurance company.
- The Club reserves the right to invoice additional cleaning costs in cases of excessive soiling or failure to observe hygiene rules. -
Refusal of access and of service
- The Club reserves the right to refuse access or to discontinue service in the case of:
- persons who are heavily intoxicated;
- persons behaving aggressively or offensively;
- persons who repeatedly breach these regulations or the legislation in force. -
Final provisions
- Max International may amend these Club & Games Regulations whenever necessary, in line with legislation, seasonality and internal policy.
- The updated version will be available on the official website www.maxinternational.ro and on request, at the Club or at the hotel reception.
- These regulations apply together with the Accommodation Policies, the Restaurant Regulations, the Wellness & Spa Regulations, the general Terms and Conditions and the other policies of Max International.
