Max International Panoramic Terrace Rules
These rules apply to the use of the Max International Panoramic Terrace (the “Terrace”), including the lounge area, the dining areas and the open-air bar. By accessing and using the Terrace, guests accept and undertake to observe the provisions below, together with the Accommodation Rules, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy of Max International.
I. Opening hours and reservations
Opening hours
The Terrace schedule may vary depending on the season, weather conditions and the events being held. The current opening hours are shown on the website, at reception and, where applicable, on the Google Business profiles / other online platforms.
Table reservations
- Reservations can be made online, by phone or on site, subject to availability.
- Reservations are generally held for 15 minutes past the booked time; after that, the table may be reallocated to other guests.
- For groups and events on the terrace, a deposit may be requested and special cancellation terms apply, as set out in the offer or contract.
Use of tables and length of stay
- The terrace is intended for consuming products from the Max International menu.
- At busy times we reserve the right to limit how long a table is occupied so that we can serve all our guests, giving the customer prior notice.
II. Conduct, consumption and noise levels
Food and drink consumption
- It is strictly forbidden to consume food and drinks brought in from outside on the Terrace, except in cases approved in advance in writing (e.g. birthday cake, special event).
- Products may be consumed exclusively from the menu of the Max International Terrace / Restaurant.
Conduct and language
- Guests are kindly asked to behave respectfully towards other customers and towards our staff.
- Aggressive, violent or discriminatory behaviour, or behaviour that may cause serious discomfort to other guests, is not tolerated.
Noise level
- The Terrace is a space for relaxation, with ambient or live music, depending on the programme.
- The use of personal portable speakers or other personal audio sources at a noise level that disturbs other customers or the neighbourhood is prohibited.
- In the case of repeated breaches of the rules, our staff reserve the right to refuse service or to ask the customer to leave the premises.
III. Live music, events and booking the Terrace
Themed evenings and live music
- The Terrace may host themed evenings, live sets, DJ sets or other entertainment, announced in advance on the website or on social media.
- The programme may affect the Terrace's opening hours (extensions or restrictions), in line with the law on noise and public quiet hours.
Private and corporate events
- The Terrace can be included in event packages (corporate events, anniversaries, private parties and similar), subject to availability and weather conditions.
- Booking terms, deposits, cancellation and responsibilities are set out in the event offer / contract and may differ from the standard rules for individual guests.
Access restrictions during events
- Where the Terrace is booked in part or in full for a private event, public access may be restricted or organised into time slots.
- Information about such restrictions will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
IV. Children and pets
Children
- Children are welcome on the Terrace, provided they are accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult.
- It is the accompanying adult's responsibility to ensure that minors do not enter hazardous areas (railings, edges, stairs and similar) and do not repeatedly disturb other guests.
Pets
- The Terrace is pet-friendly, subject to the complex's specific conditions:
- maximum permitted weight: up to 10 kg per animal;
- bringing a pet may be subject to an additional charge, in line with the price list;
- animals must be kept on a lead and, where applicable, muzzled (where the law or the situation requires it);
- the owner is responsible for cleanliness and for any damage to property or discomfort caused to other guests.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask that the Terrace be vacated where an animal behaves aggressively or is not under control.
V. Safety, weather conditions and closing the Terrace
Adverse weather conditions
- As the Terrace is an open-air space, in the event of heavy rain, storms, strong wind or other adverse weather conditions, the Hotel may decide to temporarily restrict access or to move guests indoors, subject to availability.
- In such situations, reservations may be rescheduled or adjusted as appropriate, without this being considered a fault of the Hotel.
Guest safety
- Guests are kindly asked to observe the warning signs, railings, markings and staff instructions.
- Climbing on railings or furniture, and access to areas marked “no public access”, are prohibited.
Damage to property
- Any damage caused to Terrace property (furniture, plants, equipment, décor, etc.) through the fault of guests or their visitors may be charged and invoiced to the person responsible / the reservation holder, based on an internal assessment and, where applicable, on insurance policies.
VI. Final provisions
Max International reserves the right to amend these Panoramic Terrace Rules whenever necessary, depending on the season, applicable legislation or internal policy.
The updated version will be available on the official website www.maxinternational.ro and on request, at reception or from the service staff.
The Terrace Rules apply together with:
- the internal rules of the complex;
- the Accommodation Policies;
- the rules for the Restaurant, Club & Games, Wellness & Spa and Fitness (where applicable);
- the general Terms and Conditions of Max International.
