Service Description
Discover a complete relaxation experience at Complex Turistic MAX International, with 2 hours of access to the Wellness & SPA area. Enjoy the Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation area and dedicated wellbeing facilities, in a clean, safe and comfortable setting. Access is by reservation, within the available time slots displayed online.

Usage policy – Day Pass access to Sauna, Jacuzzi and Solarium Access and opening hours Access to the sauna, jacuzzi and solarium is permitted only during the officially posted time slots. Please observe the schedule, so that hygiene, safety and the proper operation of the facilities can be ensured. Personal hygiene Showering before using the facilities is mandatory. A clean swimsuit is required. Personal towels, or those provided by the resort, must be used as instructed by our staff. Safety and medical restrictions Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, respiratory problems or skin infections, as well as pregnant women, must consult a doctor before use. Any feeling of discomfort must be reported to the staff immediately. Minimum age Access is permitted to persons over 16 years of age. Minors may use the facilities only under the supervision of a responsible adult. Conduct and respect Excessive noise, indecent behaviour, running and dangerous games are not permitted. Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. Alcohol and substance use Using the facilities under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. Duration of use For safety reasons, we recommend sessions of no more than 15–20 minutes in the sauna and 20–30 minutes in the jacuzzi, and use of the solarium only as instructed by our staff and according to the client's skin type, with breaks between sessions. Liability and consent Use of the facilities implies acceptance of these rules and the assumption of personal responsibility. On first use, guests may be asked to confirm that they have read and accepted the usage policy and that they have no known medical contraindications. Maintenance and reporting Any fault or problem noticed must be reported to the staff immediately. The resort reserves the right to restrict access for maintenance, cleaning or safety reasons.
