The services use a single operational resource: Florin Tour Guide Brașov + private car, maximum 4 guests. A confirmed booking blocks the Florin resource for the corresponding time slot or day, depending on the tour. Cancellation or rescheduling by the client is free of charge at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or in the event of a no-show, the amount paid may become non-refundable. The client must be present at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. After a delay of more than 15 minutes, the tour may be shortened or treated as a no-show, depending on the schedule and the availability of the attractions.
