Service Description
The adult riding lesson is intended for participants who want an introduction, relaxation or the development of basic riding skills. The activity is operated by an authorised local equestrian partner, coordinated by MAX International. The session adapts both to people with no experience and to those who have already spent time around horses. What it includes: - assisted riding session; - getting used to the horse; - basic exercises; - coordination with an instructor; - recreational outdoor experience. Recommendations: Comfortable trousers, stable footwear and clothing suited to the season are recommended. The activity may be adjusted according to the weather and the participant's level. Safety: Participants must follow the instructor's directions and the rules set operationally by the local equestrian partner. Booking: The booking is submitted online through MAX International as a REQUEST, with no advance payment. It is confirmed manually by the MAX team, after the availability of instructors and horses is checked. Payment is made on site, after confirmation. External partner: The experience is operated by an authorised local equestrian partner, coordinated by MAX International. Final meeting and contact details are sent after the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking policy: Bookings for horse riding experiences are processed through MAX International in collaboration with Centrul de Echitatie Diana. Submitting a booking and paying online does not guarantee instant confirmation of the slot. Final confirmation depends on the availability of the instructors and the horses, the weather conditions and safety criteria. Safety and participation: Participants must follow the instructors' directions throughout the activity. For minors, the booking must be made by a responsible adult. In certain cases, additional information may be requested regarding the participant's age, experience or weight, for the safety of the activity. Cancellations and rescheduling: Rescheduling and cancellations are accepted subject to the partner's availability. In the event of unfavourable weather conditions or for operational reasons, the activity may be rescheduled. External partner: The experiences are organised by Centrul de Echitatie Diana, a local partner. MAX International facilitates promotion, booking and the forwarding of requests.
