Service Description
The junior riding lesson is dedicated to children who are just starting out or who want a recreational experience in a natural setting in Râșnov. The activity is operated by an authorised local equestrian partner, coordinated by MAX International. The session includes getting used to the horse, basic rules and introductory exercises adapted to the child's age and level. What it includes: - introductory riding session; - getting used to the horse or pony; - instructor assistance; - activity adapted to the child's level; - experience in a controlled equestrian setting. Recommendations: Comfortable trousers, stable footwear, clothing suited to the season and arriving 10-15 minutes before the activity are recommended. Safety: Minors take part under the responsibility of an adult. In certain situations additional information may be requested about the participant's age, experience or weight. Booking: The booking is submitted online through MAX International as a REQUEST, with no advance payment. It is confirmed manually by the MAX team, after the availability of instructors and horses is checked. Payment is made on site, after confirmation. External partner: The experience is operated by an authorised local equestrian partner, coordinated by MAX International. Final meeting and contact details are sent after the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking policy: Bookings for horse riding experiences are processed through MAX International in collaboration with Centrul de Echitatie Diana. Submitting a booking and paying online does not guarantee instant confirmation of the slot. Final confirmation depends on the availability of the instructors and the horses, the weather conditions and safety criteria. Safety and participation: Participants must follow the instructors' directions throughout the activity. For minors, the booking must be made by a responsible adult. In certain cases, additional information may be requested regarding the participant's age, experience or weight, for the safety of the activity. Cancellations and rescheduling: Rescheduling and cancellations are accepted subject to the partner's availability. In the event of unfavourable weather conditions or for operational reasons, the activity may be rescheduled. External partner: The experiences are organised by Centrul de Echitatie Diana, a local partner. MAX International facilitates promotion, booking and the forwarding of requests.
