Cancellation Policy
To create a new policy, separate from the massage one (which is too rigid for the solarium), here is a professional text, adapted for Max International, that protects you legally and gives clients clarity: Policy name: Solar Miami Booking Policy Policy description (copy-paste): Scheduling policy: Bookings for tanning sessions can be made online at least 30 minutes before the desired time. Please observe your scheduled time, so that the cabin sanitising routine can be carried out. A delay of more than 5 minutes may result in the tanning session being shortened, so that subsequent appointments are not pushed back. Safety and Health (8.7 kW): By making the booking, the client declares that they are at least 18 years old and have no medical contraindications to exposure to high-power UV radiation. Wearing protective goggles for the entire session is recommended. Cancellation policy: Cancellations or rescheduling are accepted at least 2 hours before the agreed time. For cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance, or for a no-show, a fee of 10 RON will be charged (or the value of the session if it was paid online), to cover the cost of blocking the resource.
