Service Description
Board game tables at Club MAX International: rummy, backgammon and others. The club has 5 tables dedicated to games, and an online booking actually takes one of them — so the same table cannot be promised twice. Game sets are provided free of charge. Booking the table has no separate cost; food and drinks are paid at the bar. You book a one-hour slot. The table is held for 15 minutes after the booked time; after that it may be offered to other guests.
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to board game bookings (rummy, backgammon, etc.) at Club MAX International. 🔹 Booking confirmation and payment – Bookings are paid online by card (Stripe) at the time of booking. – The price shown is per table / 60 minutes, regardless of the number of players (2–4 people). – Drinks and snacks are paid for separately, at the bar. 🔹 Cancellation / rescheduling – Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge if made at least 3 hours before the booked time. – If the cancellation is made less than 3 hours in advance, or in the event of a no-show, the amount paid is not refunded. 🔹 Late arrival and no-show – We hold the reserved table for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. – After 15 minutes, if the client has not arrived and has not notified us, the booking is treated as a “no-show” and the table may be offered to other guests, with no refund. 🔹 Use of the table and equipment – Game sets (rummy, backgammon, etc.) are provided free of charge, for use within the club. – Intentional damage to equipment may incur compensation charges, in accordance with the club's internal regulations. By completing the booking, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
