Service Description
A bear-watching experience from a dedicated observation hide, in the company of a naturalist guide. The exact location is disclosed only once your booking is confirmed. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Schedule: Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 17:00. Duration: 4 h 30 min. Transport is included in the price for the standard tour. Travel to the hide area is by car, with the exact journey time confirmed once your booking is confirmed. Group: minimum 2 people for the tour to run, maximum 8 people per session. You may also book as a single guest; if the group is not formed 48 h in advance, you will be offered rescheduling or a full refund. Restrictions: not recommended for children under 14, or for guests with severe disabilities, heart conditions, diagnosed psychiatric conditions or severely reduced mobility. Participants must wear dark clothing, remain quiet, follow the guide's instructions and refrain from consuming alcohol before or during the activity. Service operated by an authorised partner, coordinated by MAX International.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings for the Cosmin Z Nature Guide Tour / Myosotique Wild tours are made online, with full payment, for group sessions of up to 8 people. The services are operated by an authorised partner, coordinated by MAX International. The departure point is MAX International | Experiente & Natura Rasnov, unless otherwise stated in the final confirmation. A minimum of 2 registered participants is required for a session to take place. The maximum operational capacity for the Cosmin services is 8 people per session, regardless of the tour. If a session does not have at least 2 registered participants up to 48 hours beforehand, MAX International may cancel or reschedule the session. In this case the client may choose between a full refund and rescheduling to another available date. The client may request cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. The schedule, the route and the duration may be adapted by the guide according to the weather, safety, season, traffic, road conditions, animal behaviour or the composition of the group. Participants must follow the guide's instructions, wear appropriate gear and refrain from consuming alcohol before or during the activity. The guide may refuse a person's participation if their equipment, physical condition, age, behaviour or the safety conditions do not allow the tour to go ahead. For wildlife / bear watching, sightings of wild animals are not guaranteed, and the exact location of the observation hide is communicated only after the booking is confirmed. The activities may involve rough terrain, changeable weather, walking, forest areas and risks specific to the natural environment. Minors may take part only in accordance with the rules of each activity and, where applicable, with the consent of a parent or guardian. In the event of unfavourable weather or unsafe conditions, the tour may be rescheduled, adapted or cancelled free of charge. Signing a participation / risk acknowledgement declaration may be required.
