FFIR este cel mai mare eveniment cultural din Râșnov: filme documentare și de ficțiune, dezbateri cu istorici și jurnaliști, concerte, teatru, expoziții și o școală de vară. Ediția a 18-a, sub genericul „Proiect România”, se desfășoară între 7 și 23 august 2026, în patru localități — Râșnov, Brașov, Feldioara și Codlea.
Unde au loc evenimentele în Râșnov
Programul din Râșnov începe pe 13 august și se întinde până pe 23 august. Spațiile folosite sunt: Cinematograful „Amza Pellea” (Str. Mihai Viteazu 2) — unde au loc majoritatea proiecțiilor și dezbaterilor; Piața Regina Maria / Unirii — proiecții în aer liber, spectacole și târgul de vară; La Lift, la intrarea către ascensorul pe plan înclinat — competiția de documentare; Biserica Evanghelică (Str. Republicii 1) — concerte; Cetatea Râșnov — concertele mari și evenimente speciale; plus grădini private din oraș, în programul „Dincolo de garduri”.

Cele mai mari evenimente ale festivalului au loc în Cetatea Râșnov, seara, de la ora 20:00. Accesul la ele se face pe bază de bilet.

O parte dintre evenimente au intrare liberă, iar altele necesită bilet, disponibil pe eventbook.ro și la locație. Programul complet, actualizat, este pe ffir.ro.

În perioada festivalului, orașul este considerabil mai aglomerat decât de obicei, iar parcarea în centru și în zona Cetății devine dificilă în serile cu concerte. Recomandăm rezervarea cazării din timp și deplasarea pe jos către evenimentele din centru.
