The story of Max International does not begin with an existing building, but with an empty plot and the decision to build, stage by stage, a place capable of hosting real experiences.
It all began on an empty plot of land
Before 2004, this was farmland, without the development you see all around it today. Max International started from scratch, not from an already established setting.
Built stage by stage, never improvised
The development took shape over time, through successive investments, operational decisions and the building of a team able to uphold the standard we set.
Today, a complete ecosystem
What began as a project built from the ground up now works as a complete resort, with connected services and real infrastructure for travellers, groups and corporate clients.

2004 - 2007
Construction begins on an empty plot
On 1 February 2004, work began on Max International in a place that had none of today's development. The project started from a clear vision: to build a genuine ecosystem of services, rather than move into a setting that was already established.
2009 - 2013
Expanding into a complete experience
During this period, facilities such as the wellness & spa, the fitness room, the club and the panoramic terrace are developed. Max International begins to operate as a complete system, not just as accommodation.
2007 - 2009
The hotel opens
On 29 December 2007 the hotel opened to the public, marking the start of a new chapter for local hospitality and for the development of the area.
