Cancellation Policy
Bookings for the event rooms, restaurant, rooftop, club and private spaces are treated as availability and quotation requests. Final confirmation is given by the MAX International team, depending on the date, duration, number of guests, setup, menu and additional services. Payment, the deposit and the cancellation terms are set out in the personalised quotation.
