About the event
A mountain running competition held in the surroundings of Zărnești, at the foot of Piatra Craiului. The routes cross forests, valleys and mountain trails in the Parcul Național Piatra Craiului, from short distances to ultramarathon.
The atmosphere
It draws participants from Romania and abroad and promotes the Zărnești–Piatra Craiului area as a destination for active ecotourism. On race day, the area comes alive with supporters and related activities.
Good to know
From MAX: ≈16 km to Zărnești, ≈25 minutes by car. The start point is announced by the organisers — the routes set off from around Zărnești, towards the foothills of Piatra Craiului. The map leads to Zărnești, not to the start line.
