Service Description
A half-day themed tour dedicated to the wild flora of the Carpați, in the company of a specialist naturalist guide. An easy walk along alpine and subalpine paths, observing and identifying characteristic plant species and gaining an understanding of the local ecosystem. Schedule: Fridays at 09:30. Duration: 4 h. Transport is included in the price for the standard tour. The itinerary includes an easy to moderate walk on marked paths, stops for observation and photography, and dedicated time for explanations in the field. Group: minimum 2 people for the tour to run, maximum 8 people per session. If the minimum group is not reached 48 h in advance, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Once a session is confirmed, bookings remain open subject to availability up to 24 h beforehand. Restrictions: recommended for guests with a basic level of fitness; hiking footwear, layered clothing, water and sun protection are required. The route may be adapted by the guide according to weather, season and group composition. The species observed vary with the season. Service operated by an authorised partner, coordinated by MAX International.

Bookings for the Cosmin Z Nature Guide Tour / Myosotique Wild tours are made online, with full payment, for group sessions of up to 8 people. The services are operated by an authorised partner, coordinated by MAX International. The departure point is MAX International | Experiente & Natura Rasnov, unless otherwise stated in the final confirmation. A minimum of 2 registered participants is required for a session to take place. The maximum operational capacity for the Cosmin services is 8 people per session, regardless of the tour. If a session does not have at least 2 registered participants up to 48 hours beforehand, MAX International may cancel or reschedule the session. In this case the client may choose between a full refund and rescheduling to another available date. The client may request cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. The schedule, the route and the duration may be adapted by the guide according to the weather, safety, season, traffic, road conditions, animal behaviour or the composition of the group. Participants must follow the guide's instructions, wear appropriate gear and refrain from consuming alcohol before or during the activity. The guide may refuse a person's participation if their equipment, physical condition, age, behaviour or the safety conditions do not allow the tour to go ahead. For wildlife / bear watching, sightings of wild animals are not guaranteed, and the exact location of the observation hide is communicated only after the booking is confirmed. The activities may involve rough terrain, changeable weather, walking, forest areas and risks specific to the natural environment. Minors may take part only in accordance with the rules of each activity and, where applicable, with the consent of a parent or guardian. In the event of unfavourable weather or unsafe conditions, the tour may be rescheduled, adapted or cancelled free of charge. Signing a participation / risk acknowledgement declaration may be required.
